I would check with CARD (Center for Autism and Related Disorders.) Their centers use Applied Behavior Analysis for their treatment of children with ASD.
Applied behavior analysis works with teaching autistic children to communicate using research based techniques. It has been one of the most successful training programs in getting children to verbalize.
The reason I suggest starting with CARD is that it is a non-profit advocacy center. Be careful with other programs that are for profit and may lead you down the wrong path.
